Alternative therapies
Introduction
The term 'alternative therapies' or 'complementary and alternative medicine' is applied to a diverse collection of non-orthodox therapeutic practices, including:
- acupuncture
- herbs
- homeopathy
- therapeutic massage
- traditional oriental medicine
- faith healing
- hypnosis
- chiropractic
- music therapy
